The static stabilizer consists of lifting voltage transformer, IGBT power module and processing circuit. If the input voltage exceeds the requirement, the processing unit triggers the IGBT module to generate an inverting voltage compared to the input voltage. As a result, the voltage between the step-down and step-up transformer secondary ends is reduced. Similarly, when there is a low voltage at the input, the IGBT module generates an in-phase voltage to compensate the voltage.
