Maintenance introduction

The general maintenance and inspection items of the voltage stabilizer are as follows:

⒈Whether there are still design and installation defects in the voltage stabilizer;

⒉Check whether the load current and operating voltage of the voltage stabilizer are normal;

⒊Check whether the voltage stabilizer has oil leakage, whether the oil level, oil color, and temperature exceed the allowable value. The upper oil temperature of the oil-immersed self-cooling voltage stabilizer is generally below 85℃. Strong oil-air cooling and strong oil-water cooling are stable. The pressure device should be below 75℃;

⒋Check whether the high and low voltage porcelain bushings of the voltage stabilizer are clean, whether there are cracks, breakages, and flashover discharge traces;

⒌Check whether the connection terminals of the voltage stabilizer have poor contact or overheating;

⒍Check whether the operating sound of the voltage stabilizer is normal; there is a uniform humming electromagnetic sound during normal operation. If there is a crackling discharge sound inside, it may be a breakdown of the winding insulation. If there is an uneven electromagnetic sound, it may be iron the core bolts or nuts are loose.

⒎Check whether the hygroscopic agent of the voltage stabilizer has reached a saturated state;

⒏Check whether the throttle valve of the voltage stabilizer is normal, whether the shut-off door leading to the gas relay and the shut-off door of the radiator is in the open state;

⒐Check whether the diaphragm of the explosion-proof tube of the voltage stabilizer is intact, and whether the diaphragm glass is engraved with the word "ten";

⒑ Check whether the cooling device of the voltage stabilizer is operating normally, whether the temperature of the radiating pipe is uniform, and whether there is any blockage of the oil pipe;

⒒ Check whether the housing of the voltage stabilizer is well-grounded;

⒓. Check, whether the relay is full of oil and no gas, exists;

⒔ For outdoor voltage stabilizers focus on checking whether the foundation is good and whether the foundation is sinking. For the poles, check whether the electric poles are firm and whether the wooden poles and pole roots are decayed.

⒕ For indoor voltage stabilizers, focus on checking whether the doors and windows are intact and whether the blind wire gauze is intact;
